If your dream is only about you
then it must be a motorcycle that you ride
the freedom of the open road
makes you swell up and smile with pride
just you out on there on the highway
or a long twisty mountain road
the wind on your face
as all your troubles you unload
riding through the mountains
or a dirty darkened inner-city street
the feeling of unity with nature
is one that’s very hard to beat
Cruising happily in the sunshine
or riding slowly in heavy winter rain
getting home really exhausted
then falling asleep dreaming of doing it again
If your dream is only about you
Then that can be your one selfish reward
Be a king inside your castle
and ride the steel beast like a noble Lord
